They had around 2000 previous procedures in their records, and over 1000 patients under follow up.

The solution

Clinical Network Systems worked with the hospital to develop a rapid implementation plan for PACENET. The system was installed on their server to allow them to become familiar with it. In the meantime, over two weeks, links were built to the hospital’s EMR system to import demographic data to PACENET and allow PACENET to automatically send procedure and follow up reports to the EMR system.

Their NICOR data for all previous procedures and all existing hardware was cleaned and automatically imported to PACENET. The CNS team provided training for the physiologists and set up Administrator accounts for senior physiologists, and Writer accounts for junior physiologists.

From day one of go-live, the system was available in the catheter laboratory and pacing clinic across multiple terminals and fully loaded with all previous patients. Reports for all procedures and follow ups could be viewed from any terminal in the hospital, and the system could easily be fully loaded onto any terminal as required. The CNS team was present for close support at go-live which went without a hitch. The entire solution was delivered for a single annual license fee, as is standard, without any additional fees for installation, support, numbers of sites, terminals or users, or for any other service.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.24.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.24.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#666666″ text_font_size=”17px” background_color=”#f2f2f2″ custom_padding=”35px|35px|35px|35px|true|true” global_colors_info=”{}”]

Highlights

The entire solution was delivered for a single annual license fee, as is standard, without any additional fees for installation, support, numbers of sites, terminals or users, or for any other service.[/et_pb_text][et_pb_blurb title=”Your Contact” image=”https://www.pacenet.com/uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/karl.png” image_icon_width=”36%” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” header_level=”h5″ header_text_align=”center” header_text_color=”gcid-75938496-ab20-45cc-a233-9282d2d29269″ header_font_size=”24px” body_text_align=”center” body_text_color=”#666666″ body_font_size=”19px” custom_margin=”||20px||false|false” custom_padding=”||0px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-75938496-ab20-45cc-a233-9282d2d29269%22:%91%22header_text_color%22%93}” global_module=”2059″ theme_builder_area=”post_content”]

Karl Ballard
Head of Operations

[/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”gcid-75938496-ab20-45cc-a233-9282d2d29269″ text_line_height=”0.3em” text_orientation=”center” custom_margin=”0px||||false|false” custom_padding=”0px||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-75938496-ab20-45cc-a233-9282d2d29269%22:%91%22text_text_color%22%93}” global_module=”2060″ theme_builder_area=”post_content”]

contact@pacenet.com

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

ImplementationThe Problem The hospital needed to move rapidly to an electronic database solution.
